B-Well Group Provides Integrated Falls Prevention Service In Milton Keynes
The Service Provides Assessment, Treatment and advice to older people in a supportive environment. People can be assessed in their own homes and where exercise classes are required these are available free of charge to help reduce risk of falling and improve mobility and balance.We provide all our services in community. ie We see our clients at their home or residency ONLY. We provides Exercises classes in community where the clients need to come to our exercise class locations.

Usually 50+ years old Registered with MK GP's or Living in MK Council Boundary History of fall identified at risk of fall or fear of falling
- GP
- Any health and social care professional including Ambulance Services
- Self-refferal
- We accept Electronic Referrals (e.Rs) directly from SystmOne.
- We accept referrals by secured email & by Post.
- We accept self-Referrals by Phone
